Focus: Light pollution is making an immense impact on our planet. In many parts of the developed world 99 percent of the population can’t experience a natural night sky anymore. This is affecting human health as well as life on our planet. Metta Eco Experiences offers an opportunity to kayak into the night and experience the true night sky, as well as learning about light pollution and celestial stories. This is a safe and exciting way to connect with the wonders of the night few people have the opportunity to see, and to open your eyes to the healing power of nature.
The Awake In The Night Kayak Journey includes: Single or Double Sea kayak, paddles, safety gear, and comprehensive dry land instruction and safety protocols.
Schedule: Tour departs on scheduled dates (June 1 – September 30th). The evening tour starts at the “in between time “which represents the transition of day and night – exact time will be confirmed based on your booking date.
