The Sunshine Coast of BC’s temperate rainforest is rich with moss covered conifers, ancient ferns and giant trees. One of the most bio-diverse areas on the planet, it is a world of light and shadow… come and experience a glimpse of nature few have had the opportunity to experience! Breathe deeply where the air is pure and the energy is magnified! Enjoy this stress- free world of wellness and interdependence.

The Magickal Forest Wellness Journey includes: Walking and sitting in the forest as well as activities that focus on grounding, breathing, visualizations and Qi Gong exercises.
